Lee, our advanced PDR technician, brings over 16 years of experience. His British Army background gives him a structured, punctual approach, and he learned the craft from his late uncle, a Master Technician. After intensive training with Dent Wizard (six weeks on-site, six months on the road), Lee quickly progressed to an advanced technician.
Nikki handles the behind‑the‑scenes work. If you reach out online, Nikki is usually your first point of contact, ensuring a smooth, friendly experience from enquiry to repair.

Dent removal is often advertised at low prices by individuals with little or no training. PDR is a specialist trade and should only be carried out by a fully trained technician.
